3. (Picture Example Tab) Submit/attach any picture examples you may have that describes the way you want the pendant to look. Afterwards, you can write us a detailed description of the idea in the Description Tab.(You can give us a call as well but we'll reach out to you regardless to confirm your details)
After you've paid, you can message us through the live chat messenger on this website (Customer Service), Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook with any additional details & or picture examples of your idea for your order.
4. Customer service will quickly send the details to the design team & start your CAD drawing.
5. The CAD drawing design will be made & sent to you within 1-3 days for your approval to continue or make changes until you approve of the design for production to start on your piece.
6. You'll be sent updates periodically throughout the process until it's completion.
7. When the pendant is finished, you'll be sent the final update before we ship out with express 1-3 days shipping included.
4. Customer service will quickly send the details to the design team & start your CAD drawing.
5. The CAD drawing design will be made & sent to you within 1-3 days for your approval to continue or make changes until you approve of the design for production to start on your piece.

*Production takes about 3-6 weeks max, to make & ship after the full payment or deposit is made & the CAD drawing is approved by you.

A 65-70% deposit of the order total for customs is required to start any custom.
*After placing an order with 1 of the selected deposit options, you'll be notified throughout the process & updated when your custom is ready for shipment. When your custom is ready to ship, click 1 of the "Final Balance" Payment Link" below, click the "Your Value" option & then proceed with entering the final balance amount & continue with making the payment.
You can also message the live chat messenger & chat with support to schedule an appointment to pay the deposit with cash in-person.
