Special cut stones like Baguette, Princess Cut, Emerald Cut, etc, can be requested & paid for through this option.

*After discussing your custom idea with chat support or mrgemstones directly & recieved a quote price for your design, you may then proceed with payment by selecting a standard price or by entering the deposit amount you've been quoted with in the "Your value" option & then select the "payment type" for this order.

- Production takes about 3-6 weeks max, to make & ship after the full payment or deposit is made & the CAD drawing is approved by you.

☆Final Balance Instructions☆

A 65-70% deposit of the order total for customs is required to start any custom.

*After placing an order with 1 of the selected payment options, you'll be notified throughout the process & updated when your custom is ready for shipment.

(Pictures/video & communication updates will be sent directly through the website chat bot, you'll also be notified via email)

When your custom is ready to ship, you'll recieve the final update & you can then proceed with the final payment for it to be shipped, picked up, or delivered locally in South Florida !

Additional Information/Order Number

Please include any information in the "Additional information" section describing your custom, you can state "mrgemstones will update the details" for it to be added. You can also mention "Deposit Payment" for a deposit or "Final Payment" for the last payment.

Include the deposit order number, to match with your final payment when you're ready to pay the last payment.
