2. Select your remaining options to build your piece.

3. (Picture Example Tab) Submit/attach any picture examples you may have that describes the way you want the pendant to look. Afterwards, you can write us a detailed description of the idea in the Description Tab.(You can give us a call as well but we'll reach out to you regardless to confirm your details)

After you've paid, you can message us through the chat bot messenger on this website (Customer Service), Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook with any additional details & or picture examples of your idea for your order.

4. Customer service will quickly send the details to the design team & start your CAD drawing.

5. The CAD drawing design will be made & sent to you within 1-3 days for your approval to continue or make changes until you approve of the design for production to start on your piece.

6. You'll be sent updates periodically throughout the process until it's completion.

7. When the pendant is finished, you'll be sent the final update before we ship out with express 1-3 days shipping included.

*Production takes about 3-6 weeks max, to make & ship after the full payment or deposit is made & the CAD drawing is approved by you.

☆Deposit Instructions☆

A 65% deposit of the order total for customs is required to start any custom.

*If you'd like to make a deposit instead of the full payment, message the chat bot messenger on this website or message us on Instagram, or Facebook & request a Deposit Payment link or schedule an appointment to pay the deposit with cash in-person.

You can also request to make a payment through a 3rd party payment option via Cashapp, Zelle, ApplePay, MetaPay, or BTC. Your invoice will automatically update when you've made a payment either offline or online.
