3. (Submit Picture Option) Submit/attach any picture examples you may have that describes the way you want the pendant to look.
- Afterwards, write us a detailed description of the idea in the Description Tab or Message the chat support. We'll reach out to you regardless via email or phone to confirm your details.
After you've paid, message us through the live chat messenger on this website (Customer Service), or on Instagram with any additional details & or picture examples of your idea for your order.
4. Customer service will quickly send the details (After confirming with you) to the design team & we'll start your CAD drawing.
5. The CAD drawing design will be made & sent to you within 1-3 days for your approval to continue or make changes until you approve of the design for production to start on your custom piece.
6. You'll be sent updates periodically throughout the process until it's completion.
7. When the pendant is finished, you'll be sent the final update before we ship out with express 1-3 days shipping included.
*Production may take about 3-7 weeks max, to make & ship after the full payment or deposit is made & the CAD drawing is approved by you.

☆Final Deposit Balance Instructions☆
A 60-70% deposit of the order total for customs is required to start any custom.
*After placing an order with 1 of the selected deposit options, you'll be notified throughout the process & updated when your custom is ready for shipment. When your custom is ready to ship, click 1 of the matching "Final Balance" payment links below, then proceed with the final payment.
